Dr. Gilberto Nunez graduated in 1996 at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra as a Doctor in Dental Surgery with high honors and completed an advanced program as Doctor in Dental Surgery at New York University where he graduated with Summa Cum Laude and was awarded with 11 of 13 clinical awards given to his graduating class.

Dr. Nunez was inducted to the National Dental Honor Society OKU in 2003 and has received several awards in the fields of prosthodontics, general dentistry, implant dentistry and cosmetics.

In 2007 and 2009 Dr. Nunez received one of the highest honors in the dental profession as one of America's Top Dentists in the fields of cosmetic dentistry and implants, and in 2008, 2009 and 2010 was voted by his peers as one of the top dentists in the Hudson Valley, visit usatopdentists.com.

Dr. Nunez is a Research Associate at New York University, volunteer firefighter, member of the Chamber of Commerce of Ulster County, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Better Business Bureau and World Clinical Laser Institute.

Dr. Nunez participated in several outreach programs together with NYU bringing dental services to those in need in several third world countries and for the past six years runs an outreach program with his team in his office with different entities in Kingston, New York providing dental services at no charge to several groups in the community.
